Fear not Fenis, I was "chatting in the street" precisely so anyone could hear.
If people want to discuss things "behind closed doors", that's fine too. I am naturally worried about the increasing trend of these festivals to become more about mercantilism rather than experimentation and innovation.

I find the campbells stance on Necromancy very strange since they have a Necromancer in their ranks, and he isn't in hiding, they all know about it.

Well I don't think it is well known but I have no objection to people calling them on their hypocritical bullshit.
He is a rather round chap about 5ft 10 short dark hair. Early thirties approximately Dressed in one of those Black Longcoats you lots of our Bakhana wearing, predominately otherwise dressed in black including a black tricorn.
I'll try and find an artists impression.

That description sounds like the "necromancer hunter" who occasionaly came round to the defenders.

Wouldnt surprise me if the Laird was hoping to get as many necromancers as possible out in the open so he could either "take care of them" or mark them out for future attention.

Ah I'm fairly sure I know what person we're talking about and hes a pain in the arse in real life. Oh wait let me see at another system it got him jobbed. Thats prehaps a story for somewhere more private though.
