FAO World of Warcraft players (IMPORTANT)The Blizzard updater uses a peer to peer client, meaning you're downloading the update from other non-Blizzard PCs. I've just intercepted 2 trojan viruses , luckily before they launched.
I would highly recommend having up to date antivirus programs running on the PC you are using, even if you're on a network. Scan the resulting files manually and then (and only then) launching the update.
reading up, it's highly likely it's the nasty one which is WoW specific, the key logger one which grabs your account details, enabling the little buggers to get into your account, sell all your stuff, post them to another player and rob you of everything.
