i thought this would probly be the best place to ask about how in fookas name i can get a hold of tenting canvas, you know the same stuff army tents are made of.........but maybe a little thinner Razz

i has me planned a proper overcoat ala BHW* and i think it would look best in proper water profed canvas with leather adendums.

so any ideas ?

Something like this then you can waterproof it with somrthing, Selbbit did it with his, it's a machine washable thingy and voila you hav a waterproof garment.

I know of someone who sells tent canvas. I'll get the details off my mate who has them when I can ring him at a decent hour!

alot of people I know by the brown canvas one man tents, I think from Anchor Supllies near nottingham.

I think each tent is about £10 and you get enough to make a coat.
